NEDC Partners in New KCK Development - TownHouse Project

NEDC closed on a partnership deal with the Town House Project in KcK today. We are honored and appreciative to be chosen to participate and look forward to assisting in “revitalizing the neighborhood”. #RevitalizingTheNeighborhoodKCK

The previous known Cross Line Tower apartments has OFFICIALLY CLOSED on financing for renovation! Cross Line will be renamed Town House as was the name when it operated as a hotel in 1951. The project will undergo a $22M renovation with much needed updates to the exterior and interior.
